As the lead product designer and researcher, I helped the team envision, research, build and test the cloud product concept from paper to screen. We began with an MVP solution that later extended to include other products and features.
The cloud project started with the goal of creating an Ableton Product Ecosystem. I co-led the design and research efforts, focusing on continuity across products. We interviewed multiple product teams to identify their continuity needs and developed a cloud solution that seamlessly worked across all platforms, software and hardware.

To get buy-in from the leadership team, I led the discovery research project and designed a vision website and a pitch video to help the team secure support. Through iterative prototyping and rigorous testing with teams and customers across the world, we refined the concept, achieving alignment across product units. After which, we built our minimal lovable (& viable) product.
Our goal was to create seamless workflows, enabling users to transition between tasks and platforms without disruption, ultimately enhancing usability and supporting a cohesive experience.
