Cisco systems is a multinational corporate technology company that designs, manufactures and sells high end video conferencing and collaboration products. I was on the team that designed the onboarding process and service journey for Cisco Spark and Project Workplace, their latest video conferencing and collaboration technology products.

My focus was to use automation to simplify complex procedures and streamline the onboarding process. I worked closely with the service design team, building user journeys and performing regular user tests to gather crucial feedback and insights. This iterative process allowed us to continually enhance and refine the onboarding experience, ensuring that users had a straightforward and intuitive introduction to Cisco Spark and discovering other suitable products through Project Workplace. This project was undertaken by me as a design consultant from Designit.

In my capacity, I was instrumental in shaping the information architecture, establishing a robust brand design and storytelling framework, and crafting an immersive user experience through design principles.
